Review: I had the pleasure of working with Precision for three years in a row in while doing property management for student housing in San Marcos, and their service has been outstanding. They primarily helped us with cleaning. They were always quick, highly communicative, and incredibly helpful. Whenever I had a problem and didn’t know who to turn to, they were always ready to assist.Their team consistently went above and beyond, making site visits whenever needed and stepping in when things were missed, as often happens in property management. Their reliability and dedication were truly impressive. I absolutely loved working with our reps, Haylee and Bernardo, who were both exceptional in their roles. Due to a family matter, I am sad to say that I had to relocate and won’t be working with them anymore, but I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of cleaning, resurfacing, painting, or more. They have been more than just vendors – they’ve become friends – and their professionalism and commitment to excellence make them a top choice in the area.
